Why is Louisville not ranked?

11-2 in 2012.

12-1 in 2013.

5-1 this year. Only loss on the road against UVA who is 4-2 with close losses to a couple decent teams in UCLA and BYU.

ACC not SEC. If in SEC they would be ranked in the top 20.
