Unless he was injured in practice, I have no idea. Defense shouldn’t be the issue, since Scott isn’t any better on that end.

He’s not skilled enough tot get his own shot in most cases. He’s also a below average defender at this point.
Team now account for him on the perimeter so he’s not going to get open looks that often.
He’s a great shooter and just by being on the floor he forces the defense to account for him, so that’s good, but this wasn’t a great matchup for him as FSU took advantage of him defensively as soon as he entered the game. We switched to zone after the first 2 blowbys to protect him.
I still think it’s good for him to be on the floor because he does force a defense to account for him, but today wan’t a great matchup.

agree for the most part, but a few time he's made a good dribble move and a quick-stop jumper.. he is not just a set-place shooter
if he can improve on creating his shooting opportunities, he could be a major scoring threat
will be interesting to see if a year of D-I strength and conditioning will help the rest of his game.
he definitely needs to muscle up a bit
