Have a preseason camp in WV? TX, OK, LA, and AR have plenty of big HS and small college spots available. It's like the Cleveland Browns practicing in Northern Quebec.

Actually, I change my question to why DON'T the Browns practice in Northern Quebec?

Just a guess, but O'Brien may slip up there to get help from neighboring Pennsylvania coaches since he coached there at one time. Just a short drive. Any extra coaching help to evaluate players would be advantageous. From old coaching ties that he had, seems he hangs onto those from reports out of Houston.
