Who cares why they left. A bunch of Woke Liberals. You do understand why the National Anthem is sang before a sporting event I assume. It sang for the praise and appreciation of the people that paid the ultimate sacrifice so you me and everyone in this great nation can live free.

The national anthem is NOT played to honor anyone - military or otherwise, living or dead, that is what memorial day and veterans day are for. It is for unity, paying tribute to our country as a whole, and our common bond with each other as citizens. To walk out on it is not a particular swipe at the military. it is a swipe at every one of us.

Nothing matters does it?, seems to be where some people are.
I’m not going to lose my mind over a bunch of athletes who have determined that this country is such a bad place in their opinion.
If this kind of stuff were going on prior to the late 60’s I could understand it better.
While this country and no country is perfect, this country has made tremendous strides in combating racism, sexism, etc.
There is very little that a person can accomplish in the U.S. if the effort is put out.
It’s cool to be edgy and disrespectful apparently. Failure to show respect for the anthem is just a symptom of some people thinking this country is a bad place.
It’s annoying to me, but I’m not going to waste much time worrying about what some 18-22 yr old thinks about most anything.

12 minute mark every time, and evidently they have not been present for too many national anthems. I think she also said that she had no idea when the anthem was to be played and that they were supposed to be present. LSU and their otherwise loudmoutn coach are not my favorite team but in this case i think it was completely unintentinal.
