If Dabo admits his poor job performance was the reason for the total failure of the team that resulted in a loss last night, then he should be held accountable. His actions and failure to do his job cost Clemson a chance at the ACC championship and a place in the playoffs. As a result, how much revenue will Clemson miss out on because of Dabo? $500K, $1M, or more? Dabo is paid to be a high performer. If his actions cause harm to Clemson and the ability to generate revenue, then he should be disciplined and fined at least 50% of what the school will lose in revenue.

If you know of a coach that wins every game let the powers that be know his name. And hurry or someone will have him signed. Numb nuts think a coach will win every game they play and criticize them when they don’t. lol idiots

If the team was prepared, played a good game, fought hard but still loss.....nothing is wrong with that. We'd be disappointed but not disheartened. HOWEVER, when every facet of the team from coaching, defense, offense and special teams performed at below 50%, that is a problem!
REMEMBER, Dabo admitted this was his fault. I didn't say it, he did. And even though he took accountability, his failure cost Clemson University significantly in terms of revenue, respect, future recruiting, and other intangibles.
Dabo Land is great from his perch and position. 99% of us don't enjoy the spoils of Dabo Land. But, the foundation of Dabo Land (his salary) is built on IPTAY, ticket sales and merchandise sales at the expense of who? The FANS.
So yes, I'd have no problem with Dabo being disciplined and fined for poor job performance. Not once but twice this year, his team laid rotten eggs.

I agree a hundred percent with accountability. What about our defensive coordinator? Should Wes Goodwin be replaced? Our run defense is awful, for which there is no excuse. Goodwin needs to be held accountable for the defensive decisions. Maybe he needs to go. Dabo has difficult decisions to make.

Another thread pointed out that Dabo said the coaches cunsulted the chart and it said go for 1 instead of 2.
If that's true and I was Dabo's boss, it would cause me to question why I pay someone $11 million dollars to look at a statistical chart to see whether I needed to go for 1 or 2 points - and I might fire him on the spot.

All coaches look at a chart. It’s for 2 point conversions, when to go for it on 4th down, on sides kicks, etc. I’d fire him if he didn’t use one.
