This judge has also decided that the newly confirmed Secretary of the Treasury cannot be given access to the Treasury records. Utterly un-Constitutional.

America’s Uniparty lemmings think this is great. They love authoritarianism via judicial activism.

The way this is supposed to work is Congress passes laws.

Congress appropriate funds. The executive is in charge of executing those laws with the funds Congress appropriates.

Conhress may pass a law a President doesn't like. It's still the duty if the executive to execute those laws. Congress passes a law creating DoE. The President creates the office, the department, and executes the running of a dept of education. If a President comes along and doesn't like the DoE idea, and just decided to close the department, that's called treason.

Same with immigration laws. Congress passes those. The President enforces them. If the President decides not to enforce them.......

So yeah, we're broken. A king/emperor/dear leader isn't the answer but will almost always be the historical answer to a broken system. Usually doesn't end well.

Term limits 2 decades ago would have completely changed where we are now. That and a balanced budget.

So one corrupt leftist judge, who ruled on this issue in record time and in complete agreement with everything the plaintiff asserted, is supposed stop the entire executive branch, at least the ones who in charge, ie appointed, from being able to even access the data in their departments, much less administer them? Sounds like a ruling the usual kooks would love but it's not a ruling that will hold up to appeal since it makes no sense whatsoever. Of course the current admin could just ignore the ruling as the past admin did for inconvenient court rulings but odds are this will get thrown out on appeal so quickly they won't have to.

Tom's in a big hurry to totally sell out the most fundamental of American ideals.

Whatever Lord Trump asks of him, his answer is already Yes.

If you want to get rid of USAid or Dept of Education, then have Congress write it into law.

This is about separation of powers.

of agency operations that "aren't lawful".

What we have right now are just a bunch of kooks (Musk is now a full-on right-wing kook) going into sensitive systems with no accountability at all. This isn't an "audit". This is an attack on agencies that they think of as their political enemies.

The judge was appointed by the POTUS, rated Unanimously Well Qualified by the American Bar Association, and confirmed by the Senate 98-0. When was Musk confirmed?

You should stop your questioning of the situation right there. In the eyes of Tom, and SOLOS, and Keowee, Trump is infallible. End of story.
