Who do you idolize?

To all of those that served, today I am honoring you. Thank you for your service. For a lot of us, we grow up idolizing atheletes, actors, singers, etc. I grew up idolizing my dad, a Navy Veteran, who served many years serving our great Nation. My dad was my hero and still is to this day.

For those that served, it doesn't matter to me whether you vote blue or red, whether you are a male or female, or whether you're a Gamecock or a Tiger. If you served this great Nation I idolize you. I thank you. I owe you a debt if gratitude. We, as a Nation, owe you!

Thank you warriors. Thank you for your selfless service. Thank you for risking your life to give me freedom. Thank you for being a great American.

Today we honor all those that served. They didn't serve for the money. They didn't serve for the fame. They didn't serve because they were forced to serve. You served so that we can have a free Nation. You served because you're selfless. You served because you cared.

Thank you Veterans. Truly we honor you, just not today, but everyday!

God Bless America and God Bless our soldiers both home and abroad!
