and our football program is still ranked higher. This has to stop if we want to be taken seriously by the other basketball schools, like Gonzaga and Loyola.

We started the season ranked much higher in football though so that’s a net loss. Basketball is regularly picked to finish in the bottom of the ACC. Try and keep up.

To be taken seriously, you have to be good enough to get to the NCAA Tournament on a regular basis, and then make some noise when you get there.

They got far last year, now just need to get there years in row consistently.
The fact that were predicted 4th in the ACC this season is more of another disrespect for the ACC. The ACC should at least have 4 or 5 teams ranked in the polls. Kenpom has Clemson #24 in ratings so that metric is more accurate.
I hate the face that Judge's posts gets all the fans hating and being sarcastic toward basketball. He should have never been allowed back on this site for turning other Clemson fans on each different sports. See links:

the rest of the ACC is transitioning to football. There are currently 4 ranked ACC football teams, and to your point, only 2 ranked basketball teams. It makes you wonder if we are doing the right thing.
