Which former Clemson player do you think

We could really use this upcoming season. Im not talking about a player who we want but a player we need in terms of getting to where we want to be. Mine would be Chandler Catanzaro with Charlie Whitehurst as my close second just so we can feel a little more comfortable with the depth at QB. Even with Ammon Lakip, Kicker is our biggest area of concern this season imo.

I think Anthony Simmons or John Jones at WLB would be nice, Beasley back at DE, Dwayne Allen at TE, or any of a number of experienced OT's would be nice choices, but you are probably right with calling Catman as the #1 choice. I think we have enough to win them all if we play well, stay healthy, and get a few breaks. But, Kicker is a major area of concern.
I actually wouldn't have had Charlie on my list... but he is definitely a legend in Tigertown.

Justin was a pretty good return man as well. He had the ability to turn on the jets.
I was tempted to say Barry Richardson because he was a road paver on the line. Plus he was a smart football player that could probably play multiple spots on the line if asked. Hard to go wrong with any of the two mentioned but now with the injury bug we could perhaps use Keith Adams or Leroy Hill at the backer spot. I'd probably lean towards Hill because I believe his cover skills were so good.

I am assuming lakip will be back after 3 or 4 games.
Stacy Long. Depth at tackle is my biggest concern.

Backup QB is my biggest concern this year. Although I am tempted my a few others...
Joe Bostic... with him on the oline, we might not have to worry about a backup
Chris Gardocki... I don't know who the kicker or punter will be. With Gardocki we'd have both.
Michael Dean Perry... I'm not worried about the secondary. And I think making Shaq our 2nd best lineman would create havoc on opposing offensive lines and suddenly make are linebacking corps look that much better.
