and I mean this in the nicest way possible, your favorite venue does not compare to this one. Sure, there are great ones out there, Red Rocks, the Gorge, Dave Tepper Stadium for the Charlotte Panthers, etc but NOTHING beats this location on the water. There were people in kayaks and canoes out there watching.
Show was excellent, I forgot how much I love these guys. Took my 13 year old daughter and she had a great time. It was exactly 12 months since I took her there to see Father John Misty at the same venue. She is my concert buddy when school and volleyball don't conflict.
Pics attached. Great setlist. All around fantastic evening and home by 9:00. Heard the encore, All Your Favorite Bands, while we were getting in the car to leave. At least I think that was the last song. Be a little jealous, please.

cut it to let the crowd sing, was quite nice. Daughter REALLY liked that one, but it helped because the crowd was so into it.
No Middle Brother, was hoping for a bust out of Million Dollar Bill or something like that too. Either way, I was very entertained. I am not up and up on their newest material, but St. Augustine At Night was a great tune. He played that one and another new one acoustic solo while the band chilled off stage.
