In reading the Charleston paper article it stated the new arena is now going to keep the current upper decks and just "refurbish" the annex and will save about 7 million dollars. If this is correct, then this is beginning to sound like they are already cutting corners. We're already losing almost 2000 seats and now to already be scaling back doesn't sound good at all.
