Clemson BB fans have set their expectations too high. I been a Tiger fan since 1950 and the BB programs is still underachieving every year. But, today I do not expect our W/L record to be higher than 52% so I will not be disappointed. So far my expectations have been met.

I see no true barrier as to why we can't be a little better. Not saying we have to be a blue blood. But I see no reason as great of a place as Clemson is and as successful as we are in other areas, that we can't at least be a little better . . .

If that's all you want from the basketball team, then we could keep Brownell. But do we need to keep paying him all the money we pay him, keep paying for upgraded facilities, etc.?

We do not seem to have the guards to make any run even if we made the tournament. Chase Hunter lost all confidence in his outside shooting and Girard is just limited in his physical abilities. If they both get hot then it is another team but lately it seems team will shutdown Girard and Chase has played too much ball to be so fragile.

Yes, we have guard issues.

I said it before the season started.

We don't have a true point guard, none of the guards can get their own shot, and Girard can't defend.

That's why we live by the 3, die by the 3.

but the lack of defense is really disappointing...
