If you disregard the bias against Clemson that the media has, including the AP voters, it depends on how it plays out.

If Clemson wins closely, we move up to 20-25.

If Clemson wins moderately or largely in terms of margin, 15-20.

It is rare to see an unranked team jump to 15 or higher, despite who they beat.

With that said, Ohio State was ranked #16 in the first playoff rankings of the 2014 year, and in week 8 or 9, and they won the national championship. With much less time to move up than Clemson has to work with currently.
