If you want tontake all sports into account, the two with the most national championships would have to be included, and those are

UNC
Stanford

Then you would look at highly regarded football and basketball programs. Those include

Clemson
FSU
Miami
Kansas
Duke
Baylor
Virginia
Arizona

After that maybe some programs that are solid overall
