They have only enough room for the current staff and the other 82 indentured servants on staff ...so I would guess it were being cleaned by a volunteer ?

Those cobwebs in that Coot Case are like spectra 8-braid . It is a mercy mission , kind of like a guy from Tennessee trying to rescue their football program . Both were doomed to fail before they began.
