I figure they'll try to exercise options that will keep game where it would be closer to home field advantage for the Noles (Jacksonville, Orlando, for example) before they do the option of moving game to Clemson.

They are saying here in Florida that Talahassee has not been hit by a hurricane in 70 years. If that is true you can bank on them having built a crap-ton of nonhurricane worthy structures that this storm is going to cause huge problems. Areas that get hit a hit more oftenare far better prepared. Everyone has hurricane proof windows or hurricane shutters. powerlines have been swapped out to be concrete or steel and not wood. Things like that.
If they get a seriously brutal hit there is a pretty good chance that game would have to be moved elsewhere. Not because the stadium is not functional, but because people in the area may have no power for a couple of weeks so it would not be a great idea to host an event that several hundred thousand people need services to support.

The stadium half torn apart now for new construction. The hurricane probably won't affect anything with over a week to get ready for the Tigers.
