What I want to see today

I want to see our defense dominate, especially on the line with TFL and sacks. I don’t want see missed assignments on n receivers.
On offense, I want to see us not shoot ourselves in the foot. No boneheaded plays! I would love to see our receivers catch contested balls. But mainly I want to see mistake free play on offense so I get a better feel for what we have.

troubling, with an entire spring and fall camp behind them prior to the first game. Once again, I blame part of that on the NCAA mandates which have severely cut down on the "live" game type action in practice. Hard to simulate those split second "pull it or don't pull it" reads without live action.

Pull or not on 1st down at the one with a touchdown machine behind you? Kade was the only human on earth at that time who even thought about pulling and keeping the ball.

ran out of bounds forgetting it was 4th down and ballgame against UGA. Old throwback unis in the Valley with Tommy West as HC. Maybe ‘95? Anyway, we played a close game with them, but running out of bounds on a critical 4th play will forever stand out in my mind.

We’ve got to spread the field. If FSU plays us in a 10 yard box, we’re done. Cade needs to throw receivers open. In order to do that, you can’t get happy feet.

76er.....you nailed it again. The NCAA, in an attempt to "protect", has instead "Ruined" as is the modus operandi of all "protective" liberal organizations. They mean well, but they ruin every thing they touch.
