This essentially will inflate the NIL market more than it already was b/c ALL teams will be getting the SAME "handouts" and most of the "football" powers will allocate the same/similar ratio of funds to the football program.

Jeff and Dabo’s talking point on the “fix” in July is fools gold. Restricting third party nil will not fly legally and the revenue amounts proposed are arbitrary. If the House judge finalizes and approves the settlement in the spring, there will be multiple lawsuits at the state and federal levels challenging it. The proposed settlement seems like a clear antitrust violation. If this ends up at the Supreme Court, I feel another 9-0 beat down for the NCAA.
