Scarp is a good place or the hole. Depends on where the good water backwashes into our green water. Ask around to see where the fish are. Leave early, get back late. What size boat you using ?

not sure, going with other people who are experienced, chartering 2 days Sept 3&4. very experienced boaters yachters. just curious if other Tigers have fished out there from Myrtle.
I'v never been out from Myrtle. Off Chas a few times in high school. been gone since Wando high school

Basically the same area, but a little farther out. Since you have a guide, he should know. Just hope it’s not to rough due to winds. Good luck!

It's a very expensive, very hard day. Long ride to the break. The chop can beat you to death. The sun is relentless. Your skin will burn and hair will be crusty from dry salt water. Muscles you didnt know you had will ache and you will feel the rise and fall of the ocean when you lay down to sleep that night.
But that blue water is absolutely gorgeous. And the few minutes of thrill you get on a hook up is worth it all.
That's how it is......

try in it a kayak now or try 5 hours of hoop netting lobster in the pacific in a kayak.
sept 3&4 all day long
I love catching them on a cast spoon after the hookup on the troll

Yes - recommend going south to the Georgetown Hole or the Mounds.... but be ready for Blue Marlin.
