74% of all guns in Mexico come from the US.

93% of all gun deaths in Mexico are homicides. Fentanyl makes up 70% of drug overdose deaths in the US.
US population is 340 million Mexico population is 129 million
So yeah, US guns, FOR MEXICO, is every bit as deadly a problem as Mexican fentanyl is to Americans. Thanks to the new labels from the administration, that means the US is the largest arms supplier to Mexican terrorists. 74% of their guns come from the US.

Those cartels are about to get a new reality. I really don't see what you're arguing on behalf.

Exactly. I once sold a fleet deal to a major seed/feed company south of Fresno

for 5 trucks and 3 cars ('strippers')... Met the guy in a Smugglers Inn while trying to hit on his wife. He had inherited one of the larger seed/ feeds in the San Joaquin. He happened to live a few doors down from the owner of the dealership... Real coup for me. Probably helped me keep my job when they found out I was only 18 and had "altered" my ID... You had to be 21 in Cali and have an occupational license at the time.
I changed a '7' to a '2' on a temporary DL I picked up while crossing through Texas... I miss the pre-computer days... ;~)

I suppose it would matter what "supplying" them with weapons means. If our govt was secretly sending them weapons, as we've seen happen in the past, then she may have a point but if she's just talking about them being manufactured here equaling aiding and abetting terrorists she's she's bat #### crazy.

That is exactly what Mexico alleges. Petitioners deliberately sell their guns through dealers who are known to disproportionately sell firearms that are recovered at crime scenes in Mexico. They provide these red-flag dealers with the firearms that Petitioners know cartels prefer, designing and marketing those firearms in ways they know cater to the cartels. They embrace distribution practices they know enable these red-flag dealers to illegally sell to cartel traffickers. And they intentionally do all this to boost their bottom lines. This constitutes classic aiding and abetting, in violation of federal law. By aiding and abetting violations of laws designed to keep guns out of criminals’ hands, Petitioners’ actions have predictably caused guns to fall into criminals’ hands. And those criminals have—again, predictably—caused Mexico harm, including millions of dollars in damage to its military and police property. That is a textbook example of proximate cause, as every major treatise recognizes and PLCAA’s text confirms. A unanimous First Circuit panel properly applied these principles and held that Mexico plausibly pleaded at least one claim that fit PLCAA’s predicate exception. That narrow ruling, at a preliminary stage, on fact-intensive issues commonly reserved for juries, merely means that Mexico overcame one of the many hurdles standing between itself and relief

Is she going to try and sue in US court??

If so - good luck with that (see Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) signed into US law in 2005). If she is taking US Arms Companies to court in Mexico - again - good luck with that....
Now... if Mexico's Mrs Socialist wet dream has proof that US firearms companies are breaking US law by intentionally selling firearms to drug cartels - provide the US with proof and sue those companies into bankruptcy and jail their CEO's.
Perhaps if she wants to sue someone she should start with the US ATF, DOJ, and Eric Holder. After all - they knowingly allowed some 2000 illegal arms sales to go through to the drug cartels in their ill conceived "Fast and Furious" operation.

all that sounds good, except guns don't move themselves to Mexico and don't shoot people by themselves.
So let's get the people actually responsible for illegally moving the guns and that will be a step in the right direction.

that US gun manufacturers are knowingly selling guns to cartels who gun manufacturers know use them to kill people? Really? You believe this?
Okay, fine. If so, then let's prove it and shut the manufacturers down. Otherwise it's all bullchit and go after the criminals and not the gun mfgrs.
Why don't you just post - "let's just follow the law"
Lame.
