He doesn’t have to complete his masters work in order to transfer. I imagine he’ll finish the semester as a student and then transfer. He probably could actually finish the entire year and then transfer unless he wants to be in spring practice wherever he transfer too, which I imagine will be the case. Just great to hear that he’s still rooting for his brothers. Sometimes the fans and muddy the waters and create an alter reality.

Tuition is paid at the beginning of the semester.
He's in graduate school and NCAA requirements for grad students are pretty light. Assuming he was taking one 3 hour graduate course at in-state rates, his tuition bill would have been less than $1500.

I think the problem was with CDS.
CDS handled the situation like Stoudt vs. Watson, when it wasn't. It was more like Jalen vs. Tua last season at Alabama: Proven winner (with known limitations) vs. lots of unproven potential.
Kelly won the job in camp and should have erased any doubts vs. Texas A&M, but the competition kept going. Trevor ran up some great numbers against bad teams and took the job. I can see where KB felt the process wasn't fair.
Yes, best guy plays, but your starting QB shouldn't feel like he is one bad pass away from getting benched.

^ here's the factor you aren't discussing in that....Kelly wasn't racking up great numbers vs those same "bad teams"....you act like he didn't play them too. It was more than just what Trevor did.

KB did good to comment to fellow teammate. It's very empty praise in a way when you abandon your team for selfish (self serving) reasons. Yes, it was selfish when just over a month ago he was all in as the starter. When he legitimatly got beat out he decides to leave. No loyalty or Clemson pride it seems. Guess he needs some more maturing. Hope TL is ok. KB apparently can take care of himself.

It bothers me greatly that Kelly would reach out to Chase Brice AND not Trevor and the rest of the team. At some point, Kelly owes a HUGE apology to his ex-teammates. There can be grace and forgiveness at some point, but Kelly needs to apologize and ask for forgiveness.
