Having an excellent punter is a game changer!
Along with our Defense, a booming punter can keep an opponent pinned down the whole game, and wreck their game plan. Keeps our offense playing on a short field. Can wear out an opponent.
Danny Ford fundamental football: Kicking, Defense, and a running game (control the line).
I hope this young man is as memorable like Dale Hatcher was…..

Pinion was absolutely a game changer.
I remember a game against UNC and we were trailing late in the game with 4th and long at midfield. We lined up in punt formation (when most teams would have gone for it in that situation) and a couple of tarholes sitting beside me asked why we were punting. I told him that's one of the best punters in college football and he's going to pin you inside the 5, you're going to have a 3 and out and punt it back to us, and we're going to win the game. After it played out just as I said, the guy patted me on the shoulder and said "you called it" as they got up and left.
A 5 star punter gives you options and can flip the field when the offense is struggling.

Elite Kickers, and Punters help teams to win FB games, if I were a coach, I would take one of each in every other Class. Elite Kickers, and Punters is what's special in special teams, Period!!!

Kicking snapping and punting have their own ratings and services who rate players typically after attending camp. It won’t count on the 247 composite rating but good kicking specialist make a huge difference
