WR - no longer WRU, no one scares you. Incoming class is mediocre. We have no NFL talent at this position…maybe late rounders

QB - we no longer have generational QB talent.

DBs - young but will get better. We played a lot of Freshmen this yr

DL - underperformed…could not get pressure with 4. Running a 3 man front seemed like a bad idea. Good news is incoming class remains strong

Inexperienced coaches - streeter, goodwin, spiller (recruiting), grisham all underperformed.

Recruiting seems above avg but no longer elite. Realistically we will be a 2-4 loss team the next few seasons unless we can land a great QB again.


Bring back Jeff Scott as offensive coordinator/recruiting coordinator. Crucial for 2024 to land elite WR and RB talent.
