So: (1) We should be named the ACC champion because we are the best ACC team; and (2) if (1) is true, then the playoff committee made the right decision.

Given the way FSU's defense is playing (held a 33 ppg Louisville team to 6) and the way our offense is playing (no tds from the offense against a lousy Usuck team), I'm not so sure your assessment is correct.

My assessment is not that we would beat FSU right now. My point is that it would be ridiculous to name us the ACC champion because we are, at present, the best ACC team - which is a subjective determination - not an objection determination of games played and won and lost. My point is that FSU got screwed by improper subjectivity (and possible improper motives).
