Anything less than an ACC title and an actual run in the playoffs would be a disappointment

Same here!!! But what really grinds my gears is that they have Cade sitting a spot behind Arch Manning. Can somebody please tell me what puts Cade behind Manning, I mean what has Manning done that puts him ahead of Cade?

They all have to prove it on the field this year, and I can’t wait to watch them all prove it, along with their teammates!!!!
Go Tigers, Beat LSU!

Well I personally believe that Cade will have one of the better WR groups to prove his worth...

I think Blake Miller could slide into the first round convo as well.

Should have high expectations next year. Best roster we’ve had in a really long time + stars are key positions.
Cade, Parker, Woods and Avieon all have 1st round potential.
Antonio, Blake Miller and Capehart all have 2-3 round potential.
Plus a few more potential draft picks: Leigh, Linthicum, Heldt, Woodaz, and Barnes.

Maybe one of the OL works himself into the draft?

Miller is a lock for the draft. 4 year starter with good size + athleticism. The question is whether Leigh and Linthicum can play their way into late-round picks. Unfortunately for Parks, it’s not going to happen for him.

I agree with you about Parks, and at one time Parks was probably the better O lineman we had, and then here comes the talented O linemen marching in that actually proves that stars and talent means more than what some may think!!!

The Parks situation continues to befuddle me.
I understand his limitations in what turned out to be his injury-driven RS season. Last season, in particular, was a head scratcher. Was his ankle still hurting him? I can see that Clemson program would not be publicly attributing Parks’ struggles last season to a lingering injury.
On to 2025 season and next year’s NFL draft. Parks should out up strong combine numbers. He can run, same as Blake Miller. I’m assuming that, given six years in the program with extensive PT in 5 of them (which includes PT during his injury-RS season) would have him highly developed physically via 6 years in our S&C program. I expect Parks to have an excellent combine + Pro Day.
We all remember how well a not-fully-developed Walker Parks of the 2021 season performed at RT. Sure, he wasn’t great, but considering that he started at RT as a RFr for the entire 2021 season, I thought he played very well. Again, the context of “playing well” includes the youth and inexperience factor to offset what was obviously noteworthy athletic ability in an OLineman.
I think Parks has a good shot at being drafted in next year’s NFL draft … as long as he is at full health throughout the 2025 season.

It's not the X's and O's; it's the Billy's and Joe's. We have more talent headed into this year than we have in a long time. If we have firmed up that other DE and get good production from the RB's, this should be a great year.

With that line, can’t see us not being able to run the ball.

Cannot forget the punter position

The sun, moon, and stars are all aligned for the 2025 season.
We need to be lucky enough for injuries to ‘irreplaceable’ players to not hit us:
Defense: TJ Parker, Woodaz -&- Sammy Brown, and A.Terrell -&/or- A.Hampton Offense: Klubnik, Klubnik, and Klubnik
(*). I’ve left tremendous players such as P.Woods at DT; B.Miller at OT; B.Linthicum at C; and the Guards + WEs + RBs (because of high quality depth at those position)
Oh yes, and we need a good punter (doesn’t have to b extraordinary punter, although that would be tremendous). With another year of mediocre punting, or worse, then winn8ng the ACC is no sure thing bet and getting into / advancing deep into the CFP is not likely.
