Defense will be better and we will probably have more consistent QB play. I was thinking next year would probably be a 10-3 season without Watson but we might be just as good if not better without him

most of us don't...
DW4 hasn't played as well this year, but I can't see anyone doing better next year.

Its funny how in Aug people on here thought Watson was the greatest to ever play at Clemson and now we have him leaving and thinking we will be better next year. Watson has made a lot of mistakes this year but he is still one of the best ever here at CU. If we had thrown the ball on 3 and short we win the game and everyone has a different viewpoint. I do think this team is not a playoff team but one thing I have learned is if we get in anything can happen. Our D is good enough and at times our O is good enough to beat anyone in the nation. I guess for me my wife is happy because I can get rid of this old t-shirt I have worn every game since last year except one and that was to the natty I somehow forgot to take it with me.

Watson was not the problem nor the refs. Defense was IMO.

and living in the now, not next year. We can still finish with a great season. How many other teams would love to finish with only one loss? I hope Dabo and staff can help players rebound from this setback. Lots of guys on this team are not used to losing at home.

Obviously a Coot. Our QB next year won't be near as good.

Our team outside of QB may be better, but not at QB. He is a top 2 QB in Clemson history, maybe the best. He is a top 5 at worst QB in college right now. You think we will have that next year? I want what you're smoking.

I just don't see how you get that at all. If we could run the ball at all we would be a much better team. The problem is not DW4. It's the o line. Which will not be better next year.
