Cmon man, give it a chance.. he’s got a year in the starting role, learned a lot and closed strong, He is not generational like TL or DW, but still can do well for CU. Look at comparison below with Travis Jordan his sophomore year when he played most games….
Cade can still be the guy, just give it a chance man…

Tired of that comparison. Travis was on garbage teams at FSU then. Clemson doesn’t have 10 years for a QB to develop. I’m concerned because he didn’t look any better against UK than he did Duke. There is nothing wrong with thinking there needs to be another QB. Also, nothing wrong with thinking Cade is the guy. I wish people would respect different points of view. Not that you don’t, just in general. I’m sure you’re just the best and most loyal fan there is.

Difference is FSU upgraded quickly with quality WR and OL in the portal. We are waiting for our WR and OL to figure it out also.

How many 5*s have to fail here before you admit the QB is not the issue? We have a massive talent gap at WR and OL and to a lesser extent, RB. Cade ain’t the problem.

Neither of them had consistent pass protection. When they both had time, they were pretty good. Look at what DJ did his Freshman year when he had all that talent around him. If we take a big leap in the offseason in the OL and that translates to the field, I think the QB play will also get lifted.

O-line is the essential need, hard to throw with Dline is in your lap every other play. Dan Marino would have a hard time with this line.
