off rafters (Rainbowed one in- see Pele) hitting 7-12 wasnt it? Yet they managed to will themselves back in the game. Duke would have lost that game btw.

And we're not talking a perfect game, just doing the little things like getting the inbounds passes in and not dribbling into two defenders.
I'm glad we won, but boy do I hope we can get some of the slop cleaned up before facing SMU.

the potential outcomes and compare to our typical fold in the end (like our free-throw tradition) it is easy to see how well we finished tonight's game. Very easily could have gotten away and out of reach as per usual for us. Typical if one looks way back in our basketball history...

offensive team in America. WE were not sloppy as much as that was a well coached team that plays to their strengths. We beat an underdog with a chip on its shoulder with skills.

Considering that we had to beat 8 guys on the floor despite not playing our best, we did well enough to win, and that is all you can ask for in this situation.
