They'll never be a power and you can fantasize and dream about Deion and the transfer portal all you want. A good coach could have taken their existing players and currently be 11th in the PAC12.

Who knows what they will be and what their facilities are even like, but he is doing a good job and he is a good coach and leader.

Based in what other coaches and players say about him. Based on what former players say about him. That he did well at Jackson State and that he just took a team that won 1 game last year and has won 4 and been competive in this first season. The guy is without question a good leader and motivator. Its fair to debate whether he will be a great coach, but he looks qualified.

1 - 6 in the PAC 12 is good and staring 1 - 8 in the face and 1 - 7 at best? Colorado will struggle with Washington State and get crushed by Utah. Oregon, Washington and Utah are in a different league but 1 - 6. I watched him ###### a defeat out of a potential victory against Oregon State. I'm not falling for the hype.

He is a good motivator and uses his fame well...
But as a in game coach he is probably bottom 2 or 3 in power 5

One good thing goin for Deion is they will be a much easier league next year with the pac 12 dissolving… and OU and Texas gone from the big 12… I’m not sure how many really tough games they will have.
