have Watson or Lawrence at QB? I’d have to go with Trevor due to 17 total INTs to Watson’s 32 INTs, but tough choice. Plus, I like Trevor’s height.

Looking back it appears TLaw is the smartest overall.***

One of them once demonstrated how a one-legged QB can win a butt-kicking contest, so there's that.
The other was QB on the best team ever, so there's also that.

Likewise. DW would be my pick. Especially in the National Championship. Granted in both 16 and 18 the receivers made great catches. But in 2018 I just remember shaking my head in disbelief some of the catches Ross hauled in that he had no business doing so.

Should be a 2 time Champ. Put on a clinic twice vs Bama while getting absolutely assaulted.

Deshaun easy. Would we ever have left a game saying we lost because of Watson? We lost to lsu because Trevor was bad that night. We stopped lsu 6/7 of their first possessions and were only up 17-7 even with great field position all half because Trevor couldn’t make throws

That's why I pIck DW4. Stopped LSU a ton told my brother the same thing he couldn't see it oh our defense let so and so run past them. DW4 was the ultimate Clemson QB.

Right. People see the final score and forget how badly we were beating them early on. We should’ve been up 31-7 in the 2nd Q

Would probably deem Trevor this winner. Didn't compare overall stats, but I do think Trevor had a cleaner finish.
HOWEVER, if we're talking about what they were capable of, with no injuries or setbacks from them, I'd probably go Watson for just overall want it all, go get it, type guy.
I do love the prototype (Trevor) QB (obviously many do) , but the excitement of the out of the box QBs kinda win usually. Heisman, and closer winners, seem to have a non prototype factor. Something special. Slight nod to dee dub

Deshaun had a unbelievable drive to win even if he had to be Superman, he was asked to put more balls in close windows than Trevor was.
I think they are both awesome & incredible athletes but Deshaun would be my choice on any last drive to win the game. He got bigger & more calm the bigger the moment!

I would take Trevor height and speed over DW4's, but I also think that Trevor has a stronger arm than DW4 also. But if we could have either of them back, I would take them both bc a team can win it all with both of them!!!

TL16.......no question about it. On the field they were comparable. Off the field......not even close!

I can't say that one was more talented than the other. I can say that DW4 was clutch--for that reason, I would have to choose him.

Watson was clutch in so many ways!! He felt like he could put the team on his back and win!! He absolutely had ice water in his veins!! When you saw his eye lid go lazy he was in the zone!! I do not think Trevor had to do as much to win games as Watson. Both unbelievable QB’s and DANG proud they are TIGERS!!!

He just seemed to play with more passion. Yes, he threw more picks but you could never question his passion and grit. Trevor was amazing! He was always calm and collected. I’ll never forget how he brought us back against Ohio St which also took some fire but I still think Watson.

DW4’s had that dawg in him… he was so electrical when he stepped on that field. Even his INT’s were electric in a strange way… you just knew he was going to answer for his mistakes. Like. Every. Single. Time. All those times he would make something out of NOTHING — we have to get back to that.
