So they don’t drop them too far in the rankings. Something like 33-25 final for SC and then they can say it was a tough SEC loss

Definitely don’t deserve it. Losing to a 3 win team like that embarrassing. We have to bring our A game in 2 wks.

The parity across college football will only increase going forward. Also, many natty winners in years ahead are likely going to have some "odd"/bad regular season losses. Just like how many Super Bowl winning teams in the NFL have regular season losses no one would’ve predicted. And there have been Wild Card teams winning Super Bowls, etc.
