Picked two rotisserie chickens. White meat pulled, leg quarters together. Wings, skin, carcass, and the good gelatinous slime at the bottom goes in the stock pot to either make your own chicken stock, or like imma do tonight to fortify store bought for some chicken nood soup.

Chicken salad in the food processor, or mix it up w buffalo or bbq sauce or caesar dressing or some such like that for wraps. Let’s go chicken Caesar wrap- caesar dressing, romaine, gobs of parm, bacon if you’re feeling froggy. I’m making chicken noodle soup for my sick child.
