This will probably be the best offense our Tigers' defense face this year. It's very unique. However, this is DEFINITELY the best defense Wake will have seen. Wake will score, but I don't see them going up and down the field. In my opinion, if the Tigers score 30, they win. GO TIGERS!

Thoughts;" If the Tigers score 30 they win". Not counting the two cupcakes on the schedule, Clemson has scored
30 points in 2 games and one of those came on the last play when a desperation lateral by our opponent ended up in the end zone and Clemson recovered.
Any other brilliant thoughts you care to share?

I'm just getting around to seeing this comment, Leftie. I'm not sure what scoring 30 points in the other games has to do with my post. Simply put, I was saying Clemson's defense would hold Wake under 30 points (and they did). In the future, you might want to refrain with the sarcasm in the likely chance you have no understanding of the d@mn post.

We can beat them. But not with the O playing like they've been playing all year. If they can't stay on the field long enough for the D to get rested, we're screwed. No more than 2 3-n-outs, a 5+ min advantage in possession and win the turnover count and we can win. But it'll be no more than 10pts, more likely 3.
However, if it's business as usual, our D will be exhausted and the 3rd and 4th quarter will be UGLY. Unless Clawson shows mercy and runs the ball to burn the clock. Either way we lose by at least 3TD's.
The good news is, I don't see Clawson's team blatantly holding like the rest of the league. He seems like a pretty good dude. But, he has taken some big butt whoopin's the past few years at the paws of the Tigers, soo...

You nailed it!! The Wake offense was hit in the mouth early and thankfully the Clemson offense got it going. Wake defense is pretty bad but our offense had been pretty bad as well, nice to see the offense taking what was there and keep running the ball.
Beautiful game!!!
I believe the team did not suffer any additional injuries, but not certain. This team has battled through so many injuries and those who played gave it EVERYTHING they had.
