If Dabo is waiting for a DC's season to end who do you think he is looking at?

I don’t know why we should expect any defensive coordinator at any of the playoff teams to leave for Clemson

Any playoff team has a highly paid DC

If you've ever set foot on Clemson, you know why someone would want to be at Clemson. I never wanted to leave. If someone would pay me 7 figures to be at Clemson, I would definitely be there.

It's an interesting question. Would it be a current DC from one of the remaining teams or a highly respected member of their defensive staff? Probably a better chance of hiring someone on the staff looking for a promotion and opportunity to prove themselves. Having said that, I wouldn't think Dabo would want to take a chance on filling the slot with another coach without DC experience. I honestly can't see a current DC from one of the remaining SEC or Big10 schools coming unless it were for a significant increase in salary or possibly a personality conflict with their head coach. I can't wait to see who it is...
