If not, wonder if he'll play some Saturday, with or without a big lead since there are only 4 games left (assuming we make a bowl) and he can keep his redshirt. If the game is close all the way, he may not get to play. If and when he does, he'll probably look like a freshman, so there should be no QB controversy started. Would just like to see how the new kid on the block plays.

I think he also played the last drive vs FAU. He hasn’t thrown a pass all year though.

He played in 2 games. I'm sure he was happy to get on the field but one of his 4 regular season games was used by handing the ball off twice. He still has 3 games counting a bowl game.
