Welcome to Tigernet. Congrats on your hope we will not make the playoffs. Luckily the %'s are basically the same for us not making the playoffs this YEAR and you EVER making the playoffs. We've won 2 national championships, played in 3 and you've never sniffed one.
Thanks for the win vs Tennessee btw. After all, it will help us with Tenn recruits and it keeps Muschamp as USC, which is the gift that keeps giving.

Of course, with teams like Vandy and Florida still on the schedule, anything is possible.
Wofford may be a tougher opponent for them than those two.
They will lose to Georgia and Clemson

Clemson has played in 4 national championships, or rather, we have played in 4 post season games that would've crowned us the AP and/or Coaches Poll national champions. We have won 2 and thus have 2 claimed national titles recognized by the NCAA.
All time, Clemson technically has the right to claim 6 total national championships based on records of these seasons and bowl game wins. Under this technicality, Clemson has 2 claimed or "official" national championships and 4 unclaimed or "unofficial" national championships.
This is actually the same logic Alabama uses to claim as many titles as they do. In all actuality, Alabama has only won 9 national titles on the field, but they claim 16 because of their season records and bowl wins in 7 other seasons. This is despite the fact that Alabama wasnt ranked #1 in either AP or Coaches poll wins. One of those 7 Alabama "championships" is actually a #1 ranking from a poll created a published in a local newspaper from Birmingham, Alabama.
