The key is to not ignore what the Bible says about this. The disciples who lived with Jesus while he was on earth saw his heavenly glory at the Transfiguration (Matthew chapter 17, Mark 9, and Luke 9), and they heard God himself speak, saying, "This is my Son..."

But in spite of what they saw - even though multiple people saw it and agreed on what they had seen - in First Peter 1 the eyewitnesses point the what the Bible says as having more authority than what they saw.

So, even if you saw Jesus in his heavenly glory, a genuine experience like that doesn't match up to the reliability of what is written in the Bible. You don't have to look any further than God's Word to find out if there is eternal life.

Everyone is born with eternity in their heart. The only question is whether you'll embrace Christ and spend eternity in Heaven with Him, or run from Him and spend eternity in Hell without Him.

a hyper vivid odyssey ? hhhmmm maybe..maybe not... my nde included no such hyper vivid odyssey... i sweated buckets when i was conscious ..before they pulled my heart out & put it in an ice chest... at the last possible second....but i did send out a "to whom it may concern prayer"...just in case...but even s. freud (smartest man ever even over newton and einstien..you know...those guys) would have a hard time with this story...pie in the sky ? etennal bliss ? there is no happiness without sorrow etc etc ..heaven can wait..
