USC QB Commit to visit Clemson?

Oct 6, 2013, 11:05 PM

Class of 2015 QB David Sills and USC(the real one) commit, told Rivals.com in an interview after his game on Friday, that he was probably going to be attending the Clemson vs Florida State game. He was offered a scholarship to So. Cal in the 7th grade. He is a five star rated QB, who threw for 2,340 and 28 TD's as a freshman in 2011. After Lane Kiffin was fired, Clemson was the first school to offer. Tennessee and Florida State have also talked to him.

The flood of high profile recruits will not stop with the continued success of this team. That is how you become relevant and stay relevant. You start winning and you keep bringing in top recruits. I like how it seems that we have started zeroing in on secondary, LOS, and LBs. If you have a solid front 4, and a group of LBs no one wants to try and run through you will have a defense that can stuff the run, rush the QB and cause him to get happy feet, intentionally ground the football, and make horrible throws. Then the secondary doesn't have to be as solid. However, look at our secondary this year vs last. I haven't checked stats, but I wonder how many yars we've given up in the air this year vs last year for this many games. Also, look at the INTs.

We are becoming more and more solid. Recruits are starting to know it. And Nostradamus #42 knew it a few years ago. Clemson is coming.
