BTW..they are playing Firefly Distillery 3/9/25. If I knew any other songs than "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" and "Rose Tattoo", I'd prob go see them. Might be fun.

Christmas is for children, I've almost completed the journey to completely opt out of Christmas. Its only taken 50+ years to get here.
The fam stopped with the presents years ago, and that was it's own special kind of treat by itself. I think my wife and I have almost gotten past it enough that she might not even put up a tree and all that other stuff this year. The next step would be getting rid of all that junk, and simply pretending that none of it exists at all, even the Lexus December to remember and Toyotathon. Maybe I'm turning Muslim? I dunno.
Really, my most memorable Christmas to date was about 20 years ago when I was single, and I watched, binge drank and slept through all of the James Bond movies on a 3day marathon up to and including Christmas day. Nobody was there to bother me, and I don't think I left my house the entire time.
It was the most wonderful time of year!

I don't really consider the Christmas Shoes a typical Christmas song, so I can see how that is at the bottom of your greatest hits list, but it's aight in my book.
