Until Clemson beats FSU, they will get no respect.

The national media(not just ESPN) still remembers the Orange Bowl. And until Clemson has a "quality" win, that's the way it's gonna be.
I'm not trying to be a jackhole. I think Clemson is a better team than last season. Tajh Boyd is a different player. The OLine, while younger, seems tougher. The defense? I'm willing to hold judgement on young players in a new system.
BUT, until they earn respect, don't expect anyone to give them any. If this teams goes down to Tally and walks away with a win, then they'll start to get noticed. However, if they lose that game it will validate what most of the media said about both teams in the preseason.
(No. I don't think the chickens have earned anything, but they get the SEC Effect respect.)

After we beat FSU we will still get no respect. FSU will drop out of the polls and will never be heard from again. Rinse and repeat after we take down GOD(Logan Thomas LMAO!) and VT.

Frazer from Auburn threw inaccurate passes, where as a good QB could have lit us up.
The Ball St. QB was underthrowing it all day (actually led to a few BS PI penalties).
All the units need to get better, but the secondary is by far in need of the most improvement. Ball St. getting behind us is unacceptable.

We have respect right now, if not we wouldn't be #11. Someone has to be voting for us right?
ESPN is going to push the SEC, nothing we can do about it except keep winning.
I think we should figure out a way to get on Fox Sports...I enjoyed the Pac-12 coverage out here on the West Coast, compared to a spotty ESPN3 feed of the ACC network.

They won't respect us even when we beat FSU. They haven't given much respect any of the other several times we've done it recently. Oh, we may get some good press out of it, but they always come up with some way to make backhanded compliments out of it. (*except Herbistreit. I gotta admit, he gives us legit props when we earn them.)

No problem with it. Respect is earned. We are ranked #11. We have beaten an average team in Auburn and a below average team in Ball State. Actually I think we are ranked about where we should be. And, the national pundits who you are looking for the respect from have been let down too many times by Clemson.

Maybe you mean "When we beat them at Doak" - 'cause we're 3-0 at home the past 5 years, and 0-2 at Doak the past 4 years. I guess until we beat them at Doak, we shouldn't get any respect. 2 more weeks. tick-tock.
