Auburn scout board saying things like Mason should have

stopped on the one instead of running in for the touchdown with 1:19 to go. He should have taken a knee and they take some more time scoring. That is the kind of stuff that will eat away at Auburn fans after choking away a big one like this. Couldn't happen to a better fanbase!

You take the lead if you can when you can. You do not turn down points that could cause you to settle for just tying the game. You
Maybe take time between plays, but you do not turn down points when you have to score a TD to win.

The only time you turn down the points is if you have the lead already and you can run the clock out if you don't score.

FSU could've stopped at the 20 instead of running the kick all the way in, and maybe auburn doesn't have time to score

He definitely should've gotten a penalty for excessive celebration.

He spiked the ball in the end zone, then he did the Heisman pose while gesturing at FSU. It was far worse than what the FSU player did earlier in the game.

Mason made the right decision. It was perfectly reasonable to expect Auburn's D, which had been frustrating FSU for most of the night, to keep the Noles from driving 80 yards in 80 seconds. They just couldn't get the job done.

That's something that I was shocked was never mentioned last night . Was the Spike in the end zone ? I think that crew needs to answer for that one. That was elementary school easy call. Blatant , right in front of officials. Why? And then horse collar on the big play? But in hindsight , maybe they screwed Auburn by not calling them cause FSU maybe scores quicker and they get ball back with enough time to get in fg position .
