broken, so let me help: the Ukrainian Parliament makes the decision on whether to hold an election during wartime, NOT the Ukrainian President. Biggest concerns at this point last year were the fact that some 7 million Ukrainians had already left the country, and the safety of citizens still in-country attempting to vote in public and known polling places with Russian weaponry trained on them (it's almost like Russia isn't pro-democracy, which is so weird since Putin wins his elections with around 93% of the vote).
Got it? Stop lying about Zelensky canceling the election.
