[UNCheat once had a good plan to keep all of their athletes academically eligible. They just created a new department called African-American Studies (AAS). Most athletes majored in AAS. Most of the AAS courses only had one mandatory class per semester. The athletes' grades were based on that one paper, to be turned-in at the end of the semester. The AD staff wrote the papers, or paid outside students to write the papers. They almost never lost a student due to academic reasons.]
