UCS may be just as jekyll/hyde as Clemson

although i think Frank Martin was a good hire, and he's doing well... they're resume is far from stellar..
The loss today @ Miss. St. is a terrible loss. They're best win is @ Texas A&M... and after that, the best wins are over a couple other bubble teams in Bama and Florida.
After all that, they would be the 2 seed in the SECT if it started today.

Yup, and they wonder why they're not ranked. Shows you how crappy that league is.

Plus they played a very, very weak out of conference schedule. They have a history of doing that in all sports. Look at the games Holtz scheduled.

The ooc scheduling rule comes attached to the SEC acceptance letter.

Clemson has much better wins than usc but I am still curious how good the acc is overall. We will find out and yes, state of SC not doing so hot in men's bb ball

we have better wins than any team on the bubble, or within shouting distance of it...
my point was that our OOC SOS was horrendous, so we probably shouldn't say anything about anyone else's OOC SOS

Clemson vs. Top 50 = 4 wins 4 losses USC vs. Top 50 = 4 wins 1 loss
Clemson vs Top 51 - 100 = 3 wins 4 losses USC vs. Top 51 - 100 = 4 wins 2 losses
Clemson vs. Top 100 = 7 wins 8 losses USC vs. Top 100 = 8 wins 3 losses

Duke, Miami, and UofL are all better wins than any UCS has
I'm not bashing UCS... heck, I even said our OOC SOS was worse... and i think UCS has a much better resume than Clemson

easy ooc schedule and crapped the bed. Then when we played the sec teams we crapped our pants some more. Ucs ain't very good, but they proved to be better than us. On a "neutral" court.

I have none of these teams in my bracket today but it shows that everyone has quality wins and Clemson is not alone is top 50 wins
First Number is Top 50, Second Number is 51 to 100, 3rd number is Top 100
These are my last 4 in Butler 2/5 7 Temple 4/3 7 VCU 2/3 5 Vandy 5/2 7
These are all out Cincy 4/2 6 St Mary 0/5 5 Hofstra 1/4 4 Stanford 5/2 7 FSU 4/2 6 Ga Tech 3/1 4 Washington 3/5 8 UCLA 4/4 8 Arizona St 3/4 7 LSU 3/3 6 Long beach St 1/5 6 Georgetown 2/3 5
Clemson 4/3 7
All these bubble teams have impressive wins all have much beter overall resumes and MUCH higher RPIs
