it should be available to the masses in a few years....4 applications should do the trick for most tattoos. Painless, and it's only a few bucks per application. I think it was a high school kid who came up with it too

I was reading about one tattooist who wouldn't give a girl a neck tattoo. His reasoning was that a neck tattoo was pretty extreme and could lead to some regrets or lost job opportunities, so he would only do them for people who had clearly "committed" to the inked up lifestyle by already having a lot of other tattoos. Of course, the girl assumed he just wouldn't do it because she was a woman, and she ran to Jezebel to write a story about another awful man being patronizing to women.
