I have been the D.J./Tony Elliott apologist, but I cant do it anymore. There is always the people who feel like they could call plays better than the coaches, but my 13 year old daughter is calling about 75% of Elliotts play calls. Maybe she should become a coach. D.J. may want to watch Shipley film on how to have heart. More than missed passes or bad reads the fact that a 250 pound man runs out of bounds 3 yards short of the first down tells me that he is not the player who will take us to the playoffs.

Maybe he thinks if he gets injured he can't get anymore NIL endorsements..lol it just doesn't make sense

This is a deal where the NIL will be interesting. If you were Bojangles would you want Cade, Shipley, or DJ next year. How will players handle getting fired so the next big thing can get their endorsement.
