And thank the Lord that I have come out the other side of one of the worst three week stretches of my life. Three weeks of back spasms, with an incredibly debilitating 24 hour stomach bug thrown in, knocked me down to my knees.

But. although the back is still bad, it is enough better that I am going to sit in God's House today for the first time in a month. That alone gives me comfort. I will be using a walker as insurance that a spasm doesn't take me to the ground, just in case. I am not too proud to admit I need the help at this particular point in time.

God is good, always. I thank Him that he allowed me to be a Clemson Man, among the other parts of my life. A college education may be being devalued these days, but I will never devalue mine. It sustained me in industry for nearly forty years at three different stops along the way. It allowed me to provide a nice roof over my family's head, and the confidence to HAVE that family. For ALL my gifts, I say a heartfelt THANK YOU, JESUS.

We never know what others are going through in their lives. I hope you find relief and health going forward. I too have struggled with some health issues lately which are quite draining physically and mentally.

God is indeed good!
