He will land on his feet, it's not like ND is some WR powerhouse. He will make his name somewhere else.

They were not satisfied with the WR situation there and acted rather quickly. I seem to recall there's another program with WR issues. Wonder what the coach will do?

Yep. We probably will.
When he was here is when we started going downhill. While it's nice to honor former players, that doesn't and shouldn't guarantee them a job. We've already paid dearly for their education. That's more than enough. If anything, they should be indebted to the university. Not the other way around.

I’m not qualified to critique his coaching abilities but I had the opportunity to meet him and spend a little time with him while he was on the staff at Clemson and seemed like a great young guy. was actually a little surprised when he left Clemson but he was offered a great opportunity at ND. Whether he is a good coach or not, he is a good Clemson man and I wish him the best wherever he goes.
