I don't agree that Cole shouldn't be on the team, but watching him, he's nowhere near the speed he's advertised at. That would make him faster than Renfrow and Amari Rodgers. Maybe he's just so small and moves poorly in pads. I also don't think he should be starting based on what we've seen outside of a single big catch in the UNC game last year.

game, I knew he had sustained something more than a minor injury.
It appeared to be the ankle. He was barely putting any weight on it from what I could see. I would expect that he is out for the FAU game as well.
If this is a high ankle sprain, it may be the end of the season for Mukuba. It’s a bit telling that there was no information about his injury during the week. Isn’t it normal to be informative on injury status?

In the past we often haven't learned the full extent of injuries until the end of the season when they announce off-season surgeries and such.
