So what does this mean for him legally? Just ban him from all massage parlors and let’s call it a day. Pretty sure it was not against their will. Not that I have any proof but that’s my story.

It means he won't let a deposition for the civil case(s) cause any harm to his grand jury hearing. The civil depositions and criminal grand jury hearing are on the same day. Smart lawyer-ing, basically saying he will stay quiet until the grand jury decides whether or not to pursue criminal charges.

Thanks for the insight. That definitely makes sense. This legal stuff gets confusing to me personally.

Agreed. Still hard for me to wrap my mind around him being in this mess. Was on TigerSportsShop website and was looking at jerseys and #4 was half the cost of a #16 or #5. Not sure if it is because of the time he has been gone or all these legal issues.

Yeah, I paid a lot at a charity auction for a signed DW pic and football from the Bama Natty game. Had I waited 4 months, could have gotten for 75% less.

If the massage parlors in Texass are like the ones in SC, most of the women that work in those places are actually massage parlor hookers!!!

He was getting them to provide delivery service. Huge business in Houston, the parlors are full of sex trafficked illegal aliens.
Very disappointed in DW4, but he is learning a very expensive lesson. I wish him the best of luck and redemption. He could end up with Las Vegas or other West Coast destinations if he can get his legal issues behind him!

Hate to say this but I think Watson will never play football again. If he is indicted his legal problems are just beginning and will drag on for 2-4 years. By then his skills will have diminished and very few if any team is gonna take a chance on him.

What about someone who bet on his team to win? I know a guy who was so competitive, that he would have never bet on his team to lose.

DW should've learned from experienced players..............

if you are going to ##### around, get a professional. Don't get a massage girl and try to talk her into doing the deed. I love him to death for being a great player but he is dead wrong on this one.

It's hard to drive a mile in Houston and not see a sign for a "massage" parlor. 24 hours a day. These are professionals. The weird thing is they even advertise yet prostitution is supposedly illegal. You would have to be really naive to think that "massage" is the primary activity in these places. These women have been promised big paydays by their shister lawyer and that's the bottom line.

I thought the majority of these women were met on instagram and flown in for their “services “? Is that not the case?

I'm sure they advertise on Instagram....and any other sites that are available. CraigsList used to be full of ads for "escorts".

So are you saying that you were there, and you seen/heard everything that went on with DW4 in that closed/locked room with the massage person, no pun intended!!! But
Since all this has come out about DW4 after he ask to be traded from Houston, I have read a lot of post on here where some believe that DW4, the young man that gave everything he had to Clemson FB, he even played injured to break our losing streak with the coots. And he's being convicted by his fans, and in public opinion while forgetting that the laws in our country says that a person is innocent until they have been proven guilty in our court of laws. I expect that from coot fans, but not from Clemson fans.
Why is he guilty, is he guilty bc he's rich, is he guilty bc he's a young black man, is he guilty bc he plays FB in the NFL. I ask bc some of you have continued to say that you believe what those women in a massage parlor are saying that he done naughty things to/with them.
Do you think that DW4 is the only young man that has done what they are accusing him of. Nobody in their right mind believes that nobody has ever made rude gestures to those women. But we haven't heard about any other cases like this coming from those women, could it be bc DW4 is a filthy rich young black man with millionS, and their attorney is a die hard Texan fan with friends in management, with an ax to grind with DW4 bc he don't want to be on their team anymore.
Personally I believe this is a get rich scheme orchestrated by a sleazy lawyer trying to make DW4 pay for wanting out of Texass, and off the Texans FB team, and they hate him for it. I believe that is what happen before I will believe what those sleazy women, and a sleazy lawyer is saying. I'm sure DW4 had massages while at Clemson, and he has never been accused of anything like what they're saying. I absolutely don't believe them floozie massage parlor floozies are saying!!!!!!
